Classification of the reviews
After testing devices from other providers, it is still the best hearing aid for my hearing loss. However, I would recommend the device without BCT.
Registering the BCT IX with Bluetooth on an iPhone using the Signia app is a disaster and a lottery.
I had previously tested the Pure Charge&Go 7 IX, which was much easier to set up.

Perfect for anyone who knows what they want in a hearing aid
I have been wearing the hearing aids since 05/2025 and am completely delighted. From the first telephone contact, first appointment and first fitting, the advice was comprehensive and professional. The consultation with Mr. Schnappinger was very different from the hearing aid acoustician here in my home. I felt listened to right from the start and they took the time to answer all my questions. If you know which hearing aid you want, you've come to the right place, you'll also save a lot of money and receive comprehensive customer service.

Small and powerful
With these new devices, I am now wearing the third generation of Primium - HG. And for the first time "in-the-ear" devices. With the individual thermoplastic earmolds, the devices fit perfectly and securely in the ear canal.
The preset programs help me in a wide variety of hearing situations.
I have not regretted the purchase.
