After a prescription from the doctor and a trial at a local hearing aid acoustician, I quickly decided on this device. It fitted perfectly behind the ear. The sound quality was convincing. The price at my optician's was not. It took my breath away. I researched the Internet for a long time and came across Hearly. The first consultation took place over the phone and was competent and very friendly. All my questions were answered with a lot of patience.

Once I had made my decision, I was able to try out the device for another 4 weeks without any risk.

We made an appointment in Munich with the boss, Mr. Schnappinger.

My expectations were exceeded. The consultation was excellent. I was not aware of many of the possibilities that this device offers. The price was 50 percent cheaper than at the local hearing aid acoustician.

The only disadvantage is that there is no branch in the immediate vicinity. Nevertheless, the trip was worth it and was combined with a short vacation at Lake Chiemsee.
Readjustments can be made remotely without any problems.

I bought the hearing aids from Hearly. The initial consultation was very good. I was also helped quickly with subsequent questions, even on site.

As an elderly man, it was convenient that one came to my home to explain the hearing aids and provide guidance on purchasing them. One has come by several times and always with the necessary professionalism and friendliness

This is a great device. You connect it to your TV with the two cables and you're basically done. When you turn on the TV you have fine sound on your hearing aids. Others in the room "just listen". you can use the Phonak app to control the ambient sound as well. Really a wonder device, not cheap but it works excellent!
