After some getting used to them, they now like them just fine.

After 5 months of use, I can say with certainty that I am incredibly satisfied with my Unitron brand hearing aids, type V5-R, which I purchased through Oogvoororen.
The service was excellent. Jori Lambelin, the audiologist, took plenty of time to explain everything clearly. What I really appreciated is that he pointed me to a cheaper alternative than I originally had in mind - and that turned out to be a very good choice.
The sound quality of the V5-R is very good, and what I especially noticed is how smoothly it connects to my cell phone. Listening to music or podcasts goes without any problem.
I also think the transparency about the prices on the Oogvoororen website is a big plus. Compared to other, better known companies, the prices here are a lot more friendly to the wallet, without having to compromise on quality or service.
In short: highly recommended. Both for the product and the service!

Fine devices, set to situation via app

I was well advised.

Lost first in-ear hearing aid from local audiologist after 2 weeks. I got an inexpensive replacement from Hearly. Readjusting the settings remotely was no problem at all. I would use Hearly again at any time.

My (preliminary) last experience was about 2 weeks ago, when I was allowed to pick up my new set of hearing aids. I was very much looking forward to it, because compared to my previous set, this one had some nice advantages.
An included external microphone: very handy in a meeting room, for example. And in my case, during a choir rehearsal. I then place the microphone in the direct vicinity of the conductor, so that I can hear his instructions clearly. What a good invention!
I can also use this microphone to hang around my wife's neck, so she doesn't have to shout, but can quietly ask if I'm coming down from upstairs for coffee. Super!
The purchase of a charger was also a godsend for me. Due to my illness, I often have to wash my hands, so my hands and fingers are rather slippery. Understandably, the small batteries often fell out of my hands and fingers and onto the floor. I no longer have this problem.
Adjusting these new devices is also easy with the accompanying app on my cell phone. In fact, everything I was bothered by before has been thought of.
Thanks for the recommendations, the patience with the rest and the explanations with the handover. I am and will definitely remain a satisfied customer.
