After trying several hearing aids, the Phonak Audeo Sphere Infinio was clearly the better device.

Have been wearing Widex hearing aids for 35 years, no longer reimbursed. Chose this option due to affordability.

It was time for a turnaround. Contacted Oogvoororen for a home audiologist. The audiologist (Richard) took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything calmly. He was very patient and knowledgeable. This made me feel for the first time that I was "heard". He indicated what would be the best hearing aid for me based on the conversation. At no point did I feel like anything was being forced upon me, which made the whole process very pleasant.

The hearing aid itself works great and has a definite positive impact on my daily life. Often I was dead tired when I was in a company. Now I can hear what is being said to me and also what people are saying to each other without having to exert myself very much. Going to parties is fun again now. My social life is back!

After a fairly short term by now I am used to having something in my ears, after adjustments, of sound, they do satisfy.

A first experience with an audiologist who doesn't visit you in person, but who comes to you. I actually had serious reservations about that. Well that is totally unnecessary. I experienced more attention to my hearing loss and its resolution than at any chain I visited before. The measurements are better and more comprehensive than I have been used to lately when looking for a new set of hearing aids. I am glad I chose EYE FOR OREN. The hearing aids from Audioservice are great after proper fitting. Also, the programs that are now installed do a better job audibly than with my previous hearing aids.

Pretty satisfied with the device I use daily. It does make some noise, so it is not useful in a room where it should be quiet. Do not know if it is good or bad, but this is device number 2. The current one gave up the ghost after about 3 years. For me no obstacle to go for this one again.
I get the daily cleaning out of the filters that would otherwise have to be replaced. I have a lot of earwax.

From the very first contact, the advice was attentive and competent.
