Next time buying nw device through IntoEars again, the home opportunity to try on etc has been very good to me.
Hearing aid itself works fine, had some discomfort at first due to domes that were too large but has since been resolved
Comprehensive app with various settings. Note: the connection to the app sometimes wants to "spontaneously" disappear. While operational, indicates disconnection status at left hearing aid, idem if phone call takes place (however not continuously) Wish to further reduce minimum sound settings when streaming via TV and radio (is now too loud😉) does not work via app but through separate TV streamer.

It's quite comfortable, only the right ear has the straw that often comes out.

Speech-sound experience vastly improved, music experience remains 'average'
I am very satisfied with the method and service of your company. The devices are perfect for conversations, theater with spoken acts and listening to TV. Music perception, on the other hand, remains 'artificial' and mediocre in terms of sound spectrum. Sound is very 'flat'.

A perfect service in case of a defective device
After 1.5 years of satisfied use of the Oticon More, the intelligibility through the right ear became noticeably worse. After describing the observations in an email to Jori Lambelin, he decided that the speaker was probably defective. The same day, a new pair of speakers was sent from the Netherlands and delivered to the home the next morning. An hour after delivery another excellent hearing aid as before. Thanks Jori, the parts service in the Netherlands (and the postal services) for the perfect service.
