Fine hearing aids only the app is annoying is that sometimes telos solved

A relief to hear and understand clearly despite not being the highest tech all-rounder among the latest hearing aids. Adorable simplicity!

Been to a restaurant and I must say that the intelligibility was fine in a crowded company.
The device does a good job of filtering out distracting background noise.
Also attended a concert and even there the sound was well adjustable.
Much less is the sound related with my iPhone 12.
For phone calls, facebook and music streaming, the sound is downright bad.
I really had trouble understanding my caller!
Everything sounds very aggressive with lots of sharp and mid, and no bass.
I experimented with the EQ but never got it pleasant.
Overall, these hearing aids sound more aggressive than vb Phonak.

The audiologist has been to my mother's home 3 times. The devices fit perfectly also say the care staff. From day 1 my mother could hear well again.

My experience with it is not that long. I am little in (noisy) company, to make a good judgment. Dt will take some time.
Am satisfied with the whole process of asking questions, though, including about my hearing under different conditions and matching with audiogram, through statistics(?).

After testing another brand the oticon real immediately convinced Of the quality was suggested by them but had my doubts but so they were right after all
