A perfect service in case of a defective device
After 1.5 years of satisfied use of the Oticon More, the intelligibility through the right ear became noticeably worse. After describing the observations in an email to Jori Lambelin, he decided that the speaker was probably defective. The same day, a new pair of speakers was sent from the Netherlands and delivered to the home the next morning. An hour after delivery another excellent hearing aid as before. Thanks Jori, the parts service in the Netherlands (and the postal services) for the perfect service.
good intelligibility except in rooms with background noise or high echo
following cars or bicyclists are perceived well as merge
good listening experience of music through headphones
intelligibility in background noise could be improved

I was professionally helped and given the opportunity to test the very latest release devices
Good experience with audiologist and telephone contacts
with main office. The hearing aids do what they are supposed to do.
Rapid familiarisation
Professional guidance in choice and follow-up
Sufficient time to test everything
No push behavior for purchases and possible insurance
The audiologist listens carefully to my story
File handling without worries,
After service looks promising.
The app. Lost a hearing aid 2x during test period and found it back each time through the app.
No advertising blah blah blah like most competitors....I am very well helped
It remains a pricey investment.....
