excellent service

Was skeptical at first for such a device but because of the comfort of wearing it, its almost invisible and what I can now hear again, I am very excited.
In addition a super experience with Lisette, so friendly, attentive and skilled....

Good, experience

Initially had a hearing test and done at 3 audiologists (including OogVoorOren). Later after 3 consultations I had quotations made so I could compare the recommended devices with their specifications/features. With all audiologists I asked additional questions by email about prices, maintenance costs etc. From 2 parties I only received an email with meaningless and evasive answers. Only at OvO was I called to discuss and explain the questions in detail.
Jeroen took the time for the hearing test and the consultation. Enough reasons to choose OvO for the trial instruments.
I am very satisfied with the chosen Oticon Zircon1 instruments and the smart charger with power bank. The OvO website is very comprehensive, not only for the products but also for general information about hearing problems.

It takes some getting used to, but it's getting better. Changing the filters is sometimes difficult.

After 5 years of constantly asking " what are you saying " I can now understand everyone, app there (for difficult people?) ...

After a disappointing experience, we contacted Eye for Ears. This is how we ended up with audiologist Juan.
Super friendly competent man.
Works very professionally and accurately. He explains everything perfectly, and very important he also listens to your story. With me it was not so easy because I have tinnitus.
In short I am very satisfied and pay € 1800 less for the exact same hearing aid I had tested at another hearing center.
