Professional and customer-focused.
Hearing care professional Richard Nieuwkerk came to my home and, based on a comprehensive hearing test, recommended that I try out the Oticon 4 or 1. The Oticon 4 was already an improvement over my previous 8.5-year-old hearing aids, which no longer suited my hearing loss. But I still had to make quite a few adjustments throughout the day using the app. The Oticon 1 does all of this automatically. I was able to test it a little longer because one earpiece wouldn’t stay in place properly. Fortunately, I quickly received a replacement through their excellent customer service.
Richard gave me great advice and is a pleasant person. I’m happy with my new hearing aids!

More than excellent service!
Recently purchased the Oticon Zeals and received excellent service from Michelle. She is patient, knowledgeable, always on time and also takes her time. Is open to suggestions and thinks with the client.I really like the transparency of the pricing policy. No surprises at the end of the ride. Webshop available also with clear and fair prices.
No experience yet with online contact after purchase but I'm sure it will be good.

Our experience with Eye for Ears (Michelle) has been excellent. All appointments on time, what a convenience that this can all be done at home. With great patience and understanding, she fitted my mother devices and adjusted them again when needed. The choice for Eye for Ears has proven to be more than justified.
