Great that everything can be arranged at home in terms of testing and ordering !

I purchased the hearing aids through intermediary and am very satisfied. I hear a lot better now than with my old ones.

the Silk 7ix are significantly faster in all adjustments and specifically filter even loud noise (e.g. vacuum cleaner). Amazing adjustments are possible, e.g. "Music" or "Silence" for a walk in the woods. The battery performance could be better, but that can still change since the devices are new, at the moment the battery holds about 16-18 hours in continuous operation. Generally, however, the devices are recharged in half an hour in the box / charger, there you also have to spend to turn them off. The box can also be charged inductively and then holds for about 4 charges of the devices without power connection.

By mail I was made aware of the new hearing aids from Otticon, with an additional payment of "only" €165 per device. Requested more info and within a few days I had an appointment at "intoears" (Maastricht) There I was very expertly helped and advised to try a device. These were above expectations: very good sound, handy app, tinnitus is a lot less and human voices are very understandable. The only downside is that these devices are worn behind the ear, while I am used to "in-ears".... In combination with my glasses, this does not wear so comfortably. But I take that for granted. After an ample testing period, I bought these Otticons and hear very well again.

On behalf of my mother, the wearer of the hearing aid, I can report that she is extremely satisfied.

My wife and I bought 4 pieces of Starkey Evolv AI 2400 at Hearly Freilassing on Aug. 4, 2023. One thing in advance. Everything ran and runs smoothly. However, we considered for a long time whether we should choose Hearly. To be honest, the main factor was the price. After deducting the ÖGK subsidy, these four hearing aids cost a whopping EUR 10,000 in Austria. Hearly's price, even after deducting the ÖGK subsidy, is EUR 4,400. I'm happy to drive the 120 km to Salzburg or Freilassing.
Of course, EUR 4,400 was and is no small matter for us. On the one hand, I always thought about what could go wrong. On the other hand, the comparison with the Austrian dealers was an issue for me. In Austria, you go to a hearing care professional and are usually stuck with one or at least a few HG manufacturers. Hearly carries all the major manufacturers. To inform yourself in advance about modern HG is in my opinion a must. Only then should one knock with Hearly.
Today, HGs have a wide variety of additional functions that have long since ceased to have anything to do with hearing. I am a person who wants to know exactly and has many questions accordingly. My "victim" on the part of Hearly was Mr. Schnappinger. Contrary to expectations, I received comprehensive advice on every detailed question. Hats off!
At that time, we did not have any measurement protocols from the ENT physician. However, these ultimately decide on the HG. Our desired HG met the medical requirements. Only now the order was placed - Hearly got the green light.
After that it became Austrian. Everything had to be ÖGK compliant.
The visit to the Hearly hearing care professional in Freilassing: In our case, Mr. Schnappinger created the measurement protocols for the new HG. Although a foreign company is not allowed to bill the ÖGK subsidy directly, Mr. Schnappinger had all the necessary ÖGK forms on hand. Summary of the appointment - we had 4 new adjusted HG and all documents to be able to apply for the ÖGK subsidy.
The follow-up: Especially for me, I still hear relatively well, hearing aids need to be adjusted accurately in terms of sound. In a hearing studio, every hearing care professional is helpless when I explain to him, for example, that in the car the high-pitched sound of the distance warning clangs unpleasantly. With our HG, such a correction is a small matter. I sit down in the car and Hearly sets up a video call to my cell phone. At the same time, the Hearly hearing care professional connects to my hearing aids. Now all I have to do is activate the distance sensor. Hearly corrects the HG settings until it fits. Effort, 10 minutes. This service is free of charge.
So far Hearly has not shown any weaknesses in our deal. I hope it stays that way. My wife's ÖGK allowance has still not been transferred.
