I tested this one and then the more expensive Signia Silk. In doing so, I found Signia considerably less pleasant than the Quik 12 G5. Was glad when I got my Quik hearing set back.

Wearing comfort and performance of the hearing aids are unique.

It went very well from the beginning. From the consultation to the sending and setting of the equipment, as well as the efforts in answering questions in advance that I had not asked, reflect a great customer service. Thank you for your great service to the customer!

After the first offer from Hearly, I waited for some time until the branch in Herzogenrath was allowed to make adjustments, a fundamental point for me also with the earmold. Mr. Habets offered several appointments within 1-2 weeks, these were kept on time - the short-term correction on the earmold (air equalization) in Herzogenrath was also pleasing.
His advice shows his competence in hearing aids, he does not push the customer to buy the higher quality / more expensive products. The conversations with him are very pleasant and open. One feels well taken care of. The whole process via internet, mails, telephone and the direct contact in the branch were consistently convincing, not less the processing of the purchase and the settlement with the health insurance.
With my previous Oticon, the battery usually lasted 7-8 days, due to the higher comfort (possibly also because of Blue tooth), the battery consumption is now at about 4 days, which is not exactly long for my understanding. Regarding the sound quality, after a few months after purchase, I find that I often turn the TV much lower because it drones in the ear at normal settings - I only have the device on the left and hear mostly on the right ear without aids.

My experience is ; that I have no complaints

After my simple instruments needed replacing, I tested the comparable Signia for a while. Here we could not filter out a feature that was very annoying to me (click/beep) and I got these Oticon instruments so I have a very good comparison. These two more expensive instruments were of course already an enrichment compared to the simpler version, but where the signia's took a lot of time to adjust (Lisette and me) where the last pain point remained present, the oticon's felt right away (same adjustment?). No more annoying click/beep, slightly clearer sound, program where ambient noise is filtered out works slightly better, so for what it's all about (better hearing) a winner!
Of course also something that could be better; the domes shape and sizes (signia is top, oticon normal) and the app's. Those of signia reasonable, oticon mediocre. Slow and they often do not see one of the two devices (while everything just works with the buttons on the device).
Also always take the TV streaming box with it, how nice! Signia (due to different shape domes?) super, oticon slightly echo feeling but after software adjustment not disturbing.
The travel charger, they should make it standard. Too big for your pocket, but so was the aerpods actually, but so nice to have with you when you have to take them out (temporarily) for noise at work or if you want to swim or something.
Another super feature; music listening/streaming to hearing aids, (of course) not comparable to earpods or such but the oticon approaches it nicely and I can now also continue to hear the birds (and traffic) when I cycle!
Yes it is still a lot of money two of those things in your ear, especially in comparison with the previously mentioned earpods (fairly similar hardware, less software?), but given the time and energy invested in them by oogvoororen (Lisette mainly) to adjust them almost perfectly I understand the price better.
