Super appliances and super guidance.
It has been over 5 years since I first came into contact with "Eye for Ears".
At that time I was impressed with their way of working and of course, because my hearing has deteriorated in the meantime, I contacted this company again and was advised the new Oticon Real 1.
Again I was impressed by the professional and customer-friendly treatment. The hearing test is done at home with very modern equipment, I had pleasant telephone contact with several employees and the remote care worked very well.
Especially the commitment of Julia Slagt was super. Patient and knowledgeable, she adjusted the hearing aids and I count myself once again as a very satisfied customer.

I am very satisfied when the device does what it is supposed to do; too bad it breaks down so often.
Good service, also after purchase correct guidance
At recent checkup by audiologist - besides general review - several small improvements were made regarding domes placement.
It is unfortunate that the Companion app is not very stable ... but that does not detract from the service and quality of the hearing aids, the most important functions of which can be operated directly on the hearing aid.
