Based on internet research, I chose the Resound Custom 9 for several reasons.

- Functionality
- In Ear rechargeable battery
- Inductive charging without contacts
- Waterproof and easy to clean due to nano coating

I wanted to buy the devices online, and since I live not far from the branch in Laudenbach my decision was made for Hearly.

The initial contact and the preparation of the impressions by Ms. Krämer was very pleasant.

The fitting and handover of the devices was then carried out by Mr. Habets.

Here, too, I feel very comfortable and in the best of hands, you can hardly do your work better and more professionally!

The result speaks for itself, I wear the devices for 2 weeks and although these are my first hearing aids I had no initial problems or even need for readjustments.

Even without comparison with other devices and as an absolute novice, the Resound Custom completely convince me.

The wearing comfort is excellent, you do not even notice that you have something in your ears.

I personally like the "Earbud optics" very well and I am often asked what these are for cool hearing aids.

The sound of the devices is very pleasant and natural, the speech intelligibility excellent and finally I hear sounds in nature again.

MFI works perfectly as expected, handsfree calling, streaming meetings and music, transferring functions from iPad to iPhone and back - all without problems.

The Resound app has won various awards for a reason.
After looking at some apps from other manufacturers, that was one of the reasons I chose Resound.

The fitting options are very diverse and effective without being complicated to use.
With just a few clicks, you always have your hearing aids perfectly adjusted to the situation at hand and thus get the most out of them.

My initial reservations about buying hearing aids online have given way to absolute enthusiasm.

I can absolutely recommend both Resound Custom and Hearly.

Bob Oukes of Oog voor oren helped me perfectly with clear advice.
I previously had hearing aids from Specsavers but did not give much improvement, could not follow conversations and were not suitable for my hearing loss.
These hearing aids are above expectations, I myself have a hearing loss of 68% and I can hear almost everything well again and can understand people well at a distance, enjoy watching TV again because I can follow everything at a normal level.
When cycling I am hardly bothered by wind noise, sounds from the surrounding area are also clearly recognizable and clear, I now notice what I missed in terms of conversations and sounds.
If you can afford it financially I can certainly recommend it, at eye for ears you can try it for 3 weeks.

After the habituation period, and once the device was properly adjusted, I hardly notice that I am wearing it.
It is important to take enough time, though. I recommend writing down experiences. The more info you can give to the audiologist, the better they can tailor the settings to your needs.
The audiologist acted precisely and kept appointments all the way through, which is also nice.
I would have liked more functionality in the Oticon app.

Am home alone many days a week, lacking communication and routine for adjustment

Not too bad, often have to adjust with the I phone but that is easy to do.

My partner keeps having problems with the tuning and with me it is the heaviness of the voice that is the determining factor. With high voices or a lot of noise, I can hear the sound of talking but understand almost nothing even with hearing aids in.
