I have been going to eye for ears for years and now have my third hearing aids. I am very satisfied with them. Also about the help after the purchase.

A beautiful device with great ease of use. A huge improvement in hearing in all circumstances. I regularly have to get back out of my bed because it turns out I am still wearing my devices, you don't feel them and so you forget about them.

Had expected more from the devices but still have problems understanding people properly

My choice fell on the Paradise P90 RT mainly because of its extensive bluetooth capabilities. The Paradise can handle multiple Bluetooth connections, which is apparently not always the case with its competitors. The connection is reasonably stable once everything is set up correctly, but when switching frequently between two devices it sometimes runs less smoothly (which is more due to the bluetooth technology than to the hearing aids themselves). When used as a headset, your own voice sounds somewhat 'far away' to the receiver, so it is advisable to use the microphone of the PC (which is perfectly possible with MS Teams, but not for example when making calls with a smartphone). I also find the tap function to accept or pause calls by tapping twice on the devices particularly useful. The autonomy of the rechargeable battery decreases with a lot of streaming, but is still sufficient for a "normal" day. Charging works perfectly (and so no fiddling with batteries).

I experience the sound of these devices as very pleasant. Especially the many options to adjust via the app are very handy (noise reduction, voice focus, brightness, ...). In automatic mode, the devices switch smoothly between quiet and noisy environments. This ensures a high level of comfort. For specific circumstances, you can easily create a program with desired settings yourself. Sometimes it takes a while to connect to the app (but also via the buttons on the devices themselves, you can adjust volume and program).

better contact with people

For someone with many disabilities, it is very nice that help can be provided in the home situation. Just ideal. Ample time is taken and there is no rush. All possibilities and limitations are discussed, both in terms of hearing and budget. You can ask questions directly if you have them and privacy is very much appreciated. There are no big cars in front of your door with advertising signs and so on. And we found the contact with our area Adicien Marco M. to be very pleasant.

Very satisfied with the service . The audiologist is extremely competent and professional . After a comprehensive hearing test the device was set .After that no adjustments were necessary ! So 10/10 !
