I am satisfied with the hearing aids. They fit well and the sound is very natural. What I find a big advantage is that the devices are rechargeable. No more hassle with batteries.
The service of Eyes for Ears is good. I found it a pity that there were no loaners available at the previous repair.

Unfortunately, I had to send them back twice already and had to replace the in ear microphone a couple of times.

Happy with it but the quality could be a little better.

The hearing aids make it easier to follow a conversation.
The part that is inserted into the ear can sometimes cause itchy ear canals.
As a spectacle wearer, you have some trouble with the hearing aids themselves behind the ear. The wires to the playback part are a bit further away from the inside of the ear, so they stand out more.

3 days in possession, what a difference from what I had, also with a roger aid speaker which makes a world of difference, and a nice bonus here at oogvoororen it was 1/3 cheaper than in a regular competitor store.

I have been a customer for 5 years with an organization that promised "better hearing" yet could not deliver. I had a category 5 device but despite that I was not satisfied. Too often I avoided participating in a conversation, too often I had to ask to say something again because I didn't understand it. I was completely done with my old device and for this reason I now wanted to see (or rather hear) what an out-of-category device could do for me. However, yes.... the price of such devices at the established chains are not steep. For this reason, I ended up at Oogvoororen. The prices are really a lot less when you start comparing and what can happen to you if you get a trial period to try the appliances and you don't like it? After all, you automatically start to discover the service Oogvoororen offers and I can say that it is really good compared to previous experiences.

Fortunately, I took the step. Marco Meijer came to my home for advice and measurement. On Marco's advice I tried this new Oticon real 1 after first trying an ITE instrument from another top brand at my own request. It was not bad, but not so bad that I was very satisfied. I am glad I took Marco's advice for these Oticons because how good they are. Normally I don't give reviews, only when I find something very bad or find something very good. So what do I like about this instrument? Basically everything : very clear and detailed sound. Last weekend at a birthday party I was able to hear everything that was being said and participate again. The Oticon app on your phone works as it should without a lot of unnecessary bells and whistles. Quality of sound via bluetooth on your phone is great. I was really surprised that such small speakers in your ear can give such a nice and full sound with nice highs and full bass. Phoning via the bluetooth of your phone is also very good. A few days ago I was called during my walk. It was very windy but despite that I had no problem at all with the call. Loud and clear. In short, I am very enthusiastic. Not only with Oogvoororen and with Marco but especially with these new devices. My advice: they are not cheap but in my opinion worth every penny and if you are going to try an out of category device: put these on your list to compare. I am not going to say that my hearing is 100 percent again but I do know that I have missed a lot in the past 5 years.

Personally, I think they are solid hearing aids, but if you have any comments, please consult your hearing specialist to address them.
