I am very satisfied with the Silk 7X. The pre-setting was so perfect that the offered remote adjustment was no longer necessary. The contact with Hearly worked great, my questions were always answered very quickly.
With such a price-performance ratio - almost half the price than at the acoustician - you like to wait two weeks for delivery.

In short I am very satisfied with my new hearing aids.
The new hearing aids are a huge improvement over my old ones. The amplification is generally clear and not fatiguing. Intelligibility in a busy environment is also greatly improved. Following conversations at birthdays and the like remains a difficult task for hearing aids, just the bluetooth reception needs to be more compatible with Android devices.
