Good advice, pleasant contact and well adjusted hearing aids
Because I could hear speech less and less well, I had a hearing test in one of the hearing stores. I had partially decided on the hearing aids on the basis of the OogvoorOren website, because all devices can be compared there in detail.
After the disappointing first tests (defective devices, earache, sharp sound) I contacted OogvoorOren.
Audiologist Richard Nieuwkerk came to my home with the necessary equipment and took the necessary measurements. He recommended the Oticon ruby 2 miniRite Li Ion based on my experiences and wishes. The devices were provided with a speech and a neutral program. From the beginning they worked as you would expect.

Good device and first class service
I previously had a Phonak device with a molded shell and always had a tendency to ear infections as a result.
The service from Hearly is amazingly good. Even after half a year, there were no problems getting a new fitting appointment at short notice. The people are friendly and patient.
I have a device with a micro in the ear and came over the large to the smallest mushroom; so the ear is well ventilated. Accordingly, the standard fittings then had to be adjusted by the acoustician.
My standard is now ok. Depending on the environment and TV show, I can create new individual programs and save them locally. I am fully satisfied.

I am a very satisfied customer.
Because I have suffered greatly from tinnitus, a high-pitched whistling sound in both ears, for the last 5 years I have worn hearing aids of another brand to be able to understand people better. My hearing has deteriorated in that time and the devices were no longer adequate.
My new Oticon More 1 miniRITE R - Rechargeable instruments are a big step forward for me. I can hear sounds that I could not hear before, the sound is very natural, I hardly have to change programs and last but not least, my tinnitus is much less troublesome. In short, a very satisfied customer.
