You can not do better
I had looked around on the Internet after a trial with another provider due to the high co-payments and came across the favorable offers from Hearly. Contact with Hearly was quickly established and since then I have been and continue to be served in an exemplary manner. The local hearing aid acoustician argued his higher prices with a better support. I cannot confirm this. The remote support works perfectly. Small change requests were quickly implemented by the colleagues at Hearly and helped me. Even when the hearing aids were a bit tight, the support team quickly sent me new mini speakers with a longer cable. Hearly asks without being asked if everything fits and works. That's how service should be. Thank you
A few words about the hearing aids themselves. The connection to an IPhone or Android is very simple and works great. Making phone calls works perfectly and streaming audio is also great.
My family is happy that the TV can now be set much quieter (Samsung before 11 or 12, now 7 or 8 in the volume setting). I have recommended Hearly to relatives who are about to buy a new hearing aid. The price advantage is clear.
On the whole, I am very happy with the decision to buy from Hearly.
I first had the Signia Pure Charge&Go 5 AX hearing aids. The exchange to the Signia Pure Charge&Go 7 AX hearing aids was trouble-free, but took a bit long. I am very satisfied with the hearing aids. However, I do not know which earpieces fit best for me (5 mm, 7 mm or 10 mm). The adjustment of the hearing aids was not so easy but with the patience of the hearing care professional we managed it.
