Very satisfied so far
I am very satisfied. I've been using it since October 5, 2021. I have a CROS system (Bluetooth). I'm very satisfied with the service... Mieke always does her best to help you.

It makes life a lot more enjoyable
This is my first time wearing hearing aids. I got used to them right away. I can hear much better in social situations, and I enjoy music more—as well as the sounds of birds in nature.

Does not sound like a hearing aid
After first trying other devices and not being satisfied with the sound, Hearly recommended these to me. It's true: "hearing aids that don't sound like hearing aids". No echo, music no longer sounds tinny. And they were pretty well fitted from the start. Not much has been changed in 2 online sistzungen so far.

Remember people when you replace the battery take the sticker off and wait at least 1 to 2 minutes and then replace them they really last longer.

Great, I can recommend them to everyone.
I was given excellent advice and helped by Magali de Jong in krimpen aan de ijssel and, despite the trip from Amsterdam, I am glad I did.
It took some getting used to in the beginning but now I am very happy with this hearing aid. You can not assume that everything sounds like before. But the whistling of birds is really very clear even at a great distance.

Excellent hearing care professional
I had originally ordered the Styletto 7X from hearly, but then realized that these are impractical for me as a wearer of glasses and with a mask. The sound quality of the Silk 7X, on the other hand, is hardly worse, although there are fewer adjustment options due to the lack of Bluetooth. For me, however, no disadvantage, because the adjustment of the Silk 7X to the various listening situations (eg TV or universal) are sufficient.
I can really recommend hearly, as the return of the Styletto 7X and the delivery of the Silk 7x also worked very well.
