The batteries are good and perform as expected.
One battery didn’t work, but given how many I’ve used, this is negligible.

After previous bad experience with other hearing center, made new contact with eye-ears. I received a home visit from Laurien Lambrecht. She provided me with an expert explanation and took the necessary measurements, tests and findings. I was given a fairly long trial period during which I could get used to the hearing aid in different circumstances. After a next visit and some adjustments and further explanations I got another trial period. In the end, it was clear that this device (Oticon More 1 miniRITE R) is a top device, and it opens up a pleasant new world for me that I had been pushing away in the past.

Immediately a super feeling without adjustment

After a long trial period involving several successful adjustments made online, I am extremely satisfied with the hearing aids and the service.

As a first-time hearing aid user, choosing a hearing center, hearing aid brand, and price range is really a daunting task. Oogvoororen offers good advice, is patient, and doesn’t pressure you as you take that leap into the unknown that you’ll ultimately have to make anyway. The online fitting gives me the impression of high quality, but I can’t compare it to a hearing center where you can walk in to discuss every detail. The representative for my region—Arne—delivers professional-level service.
