Service as it should be, didn't feel like just another number like most audio centers... super service!!!
After testing several devices, ended up with these and they give me the feeling of being able to hear normally and not so metallic sounds or with the other devices, very happy with them. And the service was also very good and well guided. Super!

Definitely good
During a pleasant and professional conversation, the possibilities were explained and personal settings were programmed and the link installed on the smartphone.
Compared to the device reimbursed by insurance, above average. Too bad that insurance companies do not have an eye for real solutions for the hearing problems of their clients.
Reliable functioning hearing aid with high functionality and sound quality. Unfortunately not covered by insurance.

Professional advice and handling and very good long-term service!
I became aware of Hearly in the summer of 2020 and after a solid consultation, I decided on the Opn S1.
The process from the initial consultation to the order and delivery and the final remote setup of the devices went without a hitch.
A big thank you to all employees, but here especially to Mr. Habets!
After about a year, one of the speakers failed, a call and the next day the spare part was in the mailbox, the change was made with the instructions in minutes.

Sound quality 4* because it does take longer to get used to a different kind of sound. Still can't compare with the quality of a good pair of headphones! Also the TV module is so less,

Very good hearing aid system, the right choice for me!
Significant improvement of the automatic system compared to the older Audeo-V70; battery charging system much more comfortable than batteries; adjustment via "cell phone" much more individual but not as fast switchable as via keystroke
