Audiologist is patient with customers and takes time for them.
Audiologist took our time ... for new hearing devices to buy. Also nice to have an audiogram done at their place instead of going to an audiological center! So all in one. Also home visit in a quiet environment, is more pleasant. Audicien should have asked more about what material earpieces would prefer to wear.

I can take part in normal life again!
I’ve been the owner of an Oticon Xceed CROS hearing aid since September 2021. The hearing care professional at IntoEars Hearing Center in Eindhoven adjusted the devices so well to my hearing that, during my follow-up appointment, I was able to compliment the audiologist on the fit and performance of the Oticon Xceed.
Thanks to this Oticon CROS combination, I am able to participate in normal life again.

Personalized in-home consultations with a qualified audiologist, at half the cost of other providers.
I probably waited too long to think about getting a hearing aid. The monthly mailings I received in my mailbox from a company that insists you MUST get a hearing test actually made me reluctant to do so. Besides, how did they get my information? It seems like a privacy violation.
My brother-in-law had already started researching the market. He went to Laperre first, since one of their branches is right around the corner. He didn’t get a clear explanation there, and they told him his hearing aid couldn’t be monitored via a smartphone—which actually is possible.
He found OOGVOOROREN and discovered an even wider selection of hearing aids there.
What’s more, they came to his home to conduct very thorough testing, taking all the time needed. And afterward, they recommended a device that best suited him.
