Asked price to Belgian centers for hearing aids,
then to Ear Pods, the price was much better.

After having a very detailed conversation with Mr. Schnappinger from Hearly, I decided on the Phonak Audeò Paradise P- 50 R. The detailed offer came immediately and when I saw the price, I didn't have to think twice. The detailed offer came immediately and when I saw the price I did not have to think long and sent the order immediately. The subsequent invoice was also exactly the same as the offer.
My biggest concerns were the adjustment of the devices via remote adjustment. This was also no problem. Mr. Habets had pre-set the devices and the subsequent fine-tuning worked great via the mobile app.
I would like to thank the Hearly team, especially Mr. Schnappinger for the competent advice and Mr. Habets for the top service during the adjustment.
My recommendation is to contact Hearly before buying hearing aids, everything is right here.
Top advice, very good service, 5-year warranty and above all the price is right.

I had to get used to the placement of the larger batteries (brown). The Phonak I used before had small yellow batteries. It works fine now.
The advice not to place the batteries in the drying device really saves on battery consumption.

I’ve been using two hearing aids every day since December. I have experience with hearing aids.

These are the best hearing aids I’ve had so far. I wear them every day—with ease and enjoyment.

If I had to make one critical comment, it would be about one of the earpieces—it’s just a tiny bit too big, but not bothersome.

Another “critical” comment: charging the devices is usually easy, but once in a while one of them acts up.

Other than that, I hope to use these hearing aids for many years to come.

Eye for Ears: great company, choice of all brands and very customer friendly. Was first at Schoonenberg, had a very limited selection that did not suit me. Now at Eye for Ears and found what I was looking for!!!

I came across Hearly in search of suitable hearing aids. And I have to say, I'm really positively surprised. Really everything about mail and phone calls and apps.... The shipping quickly and without complications. The processing with health insurance all taken over by Hearly. You can really sit back and relax and enjoy the sound. You get everything set via app and can even decide via app whether only TV, loud room... etc... really super small devices and good feeling to hear properly again..So I can only recommend this Silk 7x and the purchase via Hearly.de. Especially since the cost is really only almost half, as at the accustician.

Friendly and personal treatment

I am satisfied with my Phonak hearing aids. I was allowed to try them out for two months with regular check-ups and adjustments by the audiologist. Price quality is super and much cheaper than other companies. Highly recommended.
