Great product
Performs well. The app offers good possibilities to adjust the settings. Without the Phonak, I would feel handicapped.
I have also purchased the TV connector: a great device, with which even difficult to understand / foreign-language TV broadcasts are easy to follow.
An excellent hearing aid
After trying several models - namely Phonak Paradise, Starkey Livio and Signia Styletto 7X - I chose the latter. Not because of the sound quality, because there did not seem to be much difference between the three models. But because the Styletto's slim model sat very well behind the ears - it's a lot slimmer and more elongated than the other devices.
My previous device was a Resound Lynx, first model from 2014, which you could control with an iPhone app. What I immediately noticed was that the sound quality of all three devices I tried was much higher, so it was worth upgrading. Technology has apparently made great strides in a short time.
What I appreciated was the simplicity of the Styletto. While Phonak Paradise and Starkey Livio have a number of additional features that the Stylettos don't, some of them either work poorly (e.g., the tap on the ear to answer a phone with Phonak Paradise) or are useless (e.g., Starkey Livio's translation feature, which is quite time-consuming, or doesn't provide an accurate translation). These functions seem more like gadgets and do not contribute to the purpose for which you wear a hearing aid, namely better hearing.
Compared to these other devices, the Styletto's are simpler in terms of available features, but they all work perfectly.
I also really appreciated the patience with which Mrs. L. Lambrecht kindly helped me during several home visits.

I've been pleasantly helped.
After a year of messing around with hearing aids behind the ear, I found these inside the ear much more comfortable. Too bad everything is tiny, I have to pay attention to the button or it gets discolored and have to use a thin brush to clean it. For me it was a pity that I had to pay for these devices myself.

Great service.
It's nice that the service is provided at home. You do not have to move. We were served by the lady Mieke who is very friendly and understands her profession. You only have to call for an appointment and she is on time, nice for the customer. Also the trial period of 60 days to try out the equipment is nice.

Correct without toe-pas and difficult stories
My experience with eye for hearing is very positive. Very good service if there is something wrong with the equipment. Do not go as my experience is with national chains (have tried two) to try a more expensive device to talk. With previous parties it was the case on the first call. Even in one half year kept on the line and after 3 devices stopped. Then I contacted Eye for Hearing. Immediately helped and no whining about other devices. Finally after almost 2 years of fantastic hearing aids in my ear.

Excellent service and quality
Excellent service in Hoogeveen. I was allowed to try several instruments. Audiologist took all the time to set everything up properly and gave excellent explanation on how the device works and the charger. The app was installed on the mobile and explained how it worked. The devices I selected were not reimbursed by Beter Horen but were reimbursed by Oogvoororen.
The website is very clear with extensive information. You can fill in your health insurer to request reimbursement.
I can heartily recommend Oogvoororen.
