Compared to my previous hearing aids a big improvement.
Years of experience with hearing aids. I like this device very much. Also ideal is the voice control of the telephone via tab-control. With my previous devices I always had problems understanding the phone. Also purchased the TV connector: ideal.

Perfect but (too?) expensive
I have been wearing a Lyric on the left for about 3 years now. Despite the substantial amplification I need, the sound is very good. The wearing comfort is fine. The big problem however is the placement. This rarely goes well in one go. Often it stops spontaneously after a few days or even a few hours. Sometimes it irritates my ear and causes an inflammatory reaction. In short, the change usually requires more than 3 attempts and a lot of discomfort. After that I wear the device without problems for 2 to 4 months. It's a pity that the manufacturer doesn't show leniency when a device spontaneously breaks down after a short period of time. The risk and inconvenience are now entirely on the customer. This makes it very expensive per supporting wall.
