This is my third set of hearing aids. I clearly stated my expectations beforehand. They listened to me very carefully. Yes: 1)My Samsung A51 can't transfer calls to the hearing aids (not listed) even though this phone model came out only 1 year ago. 2) The wireless microphone cannot be connected to my TV via a cable. I use the clip to attach it to the base of the TV. It works, but it was better with my previous devices. 3) Also the pairing with my hearing devices takes 5 seconds for one device and that's fine, but with the other device it can take up to 20 seconds. My advice: wait calmly and don't start pushing all kinds of buttons in a hurry, because then it won't work at all.
