My period of wearing a hearing aid for 5 years was over, so I was looking for something else.

Change brings movement and especially in these times the internet is an important information point so I started looking for audiologists on the internet.

Here a site with clear explanations about the features and amounts and additionally the extensive choice is important for my search.

Unknown to me but surprised at what I set out to do I ended up at oogvoororen.

Through the mail requested information which was answered quite quickly and clearly, great!
This gave me a good impression.

The unknown for me was that it is not a store branch in various places, but some locations where you can go.

Thereby, oogvoororen indicates than one can visit the customers at home.

On local location as well as home visit is done by 1 and the same person, my experience is very positive about the customer friendliness but also clear and clear answers to my frequently asked questions, chapeau.

In the first instance I got a hearing aid of the 5th category on trial the Resound Ligo7 61 top
.
I was able to try this for several weeks but was still eager to try another hearing aid simply to experience the difference.

So I have been able to compare well. For me the choice was to go back again to the first device the Resound Ligo7 61
.
Note this is a very personal experience. The Resoun Ligo 7 61 I wear now several weeks and like me well.

Peripheral equipment for the hearing devices I use in particular the Multi mic for calling with my mobile phone this works perfectly.

Also the Resoun TV Streamer for a good clear stereo sound of my PC or TV, by the way I asked for it one evening and surprisingly it was already in my possession the next afternoon.
Talking about speed and service, the name of my audiologist can be mentioned here Boelo! Thanks for this.

I can say that the knowledge and information and service is very good of eye-forearms, for me a 10!

In 2019 I was ready for another hearing aid

At Ooogvoororen they told me that there were with direct streaming to phone
.
I purchased me a smartphone Samsung Galaxy S9 that would be compatible with Resound Linx Quatro 961
within few weeks.
Only after more than a year there was the update to Android 10 and it should be compatible

But what turns out now in Samsung Galaxy S9 would be a bug

And now Smartphone also disconnects when I want to make a call and when I get a call when Smart 3D app is installed
