After years of using fixed hearing aids with problems of earwax plugging, this is a relief.

Always fits, so even at 55 dB amplification the environment does not suffer from a whistling sound. With sudden closure of the holes earwax can be wiped off immediately.

On behalf of my 95 year old mother: thank you for the excellent hearing aid. It was very nice to have it measured in my own home. Always on time and very friendly. I never had the feeling that I was being harassed. A short time ago Kim came by again at my request -without extra costs- to adjust a small detail. In short: this is the place to be!

Finally, after 40 years of struggling with all kinds of hearing aids, an incredibly good hearing aid.
In front, behind, to the side, it doesn't matter where the voices are coming from, I hear everything again.

It also has its disadvantages for my husband though: the door handles and the stairs creak, he really has to do something about that.

The home visit by Boelo Klein Ikkink (Audicien-Oog voor Oren) was also very good for me.
A very good explanation and setting of the hearing devices, without stress, without haste, and 3x at home check if everything is to my liking.
I have the hearing aids Oticon Xceed 2 SP + TV Streamer 3.0 + Connectline remote control.
Everything works perfectly together.

still have to get used to those devices in my ears but that's good. that charger is also fine better than every time replace the batteries.

It is a top device but expensive

In short, these are the best hearing aids I have ever worn.
Still disappointed that despite the "nanotechnology" there is still no improvement in terms of watertightness.

Also the vent is a disturbing factor.

It causes an uncomfortable feeling when clogged.

You are initially reserved for an audiologist online. Is this as good as it gets? The answer is yes! Most hearing care professionals today offer "private brands" to make price comparison more difficult and are product driven. It's relaxing to have a hearing care professional come to your home and go through the various options of different hearing aid manufacturers in detail. Because of the professionalism it was in arrange even 3 appointments finished.

After I got a referral for hearing aids from a K&O doctor I started to orientate. I had seen an advertisement by Oog voor Oren and it immediately appealed to me. I had heard from acquaintances that 'normal' audiciencies usually try to sell a very expensive device. People who don't want it often receive a less well-functioning device that falls within the reimbursement.
The Oog voor Oren website is very clear and provides a lot of information. I received excellent service from Oog voor Oren. In a telephone conversation they recommended the new Starkey 1600 Livio. An appointment was scheduled in Tilburg where a one-off adjustment had to be made. After this had happened I received the hearing aids to take home on a trial basis. Further contact was very good via an audiologist who came to my home.

I am very pleased with the devices I have now purchased. For now I use them selectively in certain situations. That gives me no problem at all.
