great voice recognition
I did NOT buy my resound quattro here, but I can't find reviews anywhere else for this hearing aid. My hearing aids were repaired after only a year and a new chip put in. Left it on for exactly 6 hours. Are there more people with this experience with the Resound Quattro rechargeable?

have bought hearing aids from eye care.
hearing devices via ophthalmologists, and have had a great experience. The fitting at home in your own environment and in peace is much nicer than the hassle in a shop. nothing is too much and everything is possible.

A genuine success story
What a godsend it is that this audiologist comes to the house! For my grandmother of 100(!) this was a very nice way to get her hearing aid. Great service and a very nice and patient audiologist. Top!
I can't say much about the comfort and quality, as I don't wear the device myself. That grandma hears better is certain!

Glad I went with oogvoororen
I was very surprised by the good wearing comfort. I immediately wore them all day without any problems and did not even notice that I was wearing them. During the trial period, I had the opportunity to try out the hearing aids in a busy and noisy environment on holiday and was completely satisfied with the automatic adjustment.
Also the explanation and adjustment of Richard was great.

I had accidentally ordered the wrong one, called and the right one was sent immediately and I could return the other one free of charge.

Eye for the customer
I approached two suppliers for my hearing problem, of which "Oog voor Oor" came out on top because they have an eye for the customer. They managed to solve my hearing problem within the health insurance package. With the other supplier it was all about the insurance package that I could buy.

Beautiful technology that unfortunately does not function properly in a quarter of the situations.
Beautiful technique, if it works. In at least a quarter of the situations that I want to control my devices by phone (at parties, meetings, in short all situations for which those wonderful extra programs are) I get no connection with (one of the 2) devices. And that is very annoying.

Works great in all kinds of environments
Both fitting and guidance were fine. Device very well adjustable with app. Bleutooth connections work well. Enormous progress in quality compared to 5 years ago.

Aesthetics takes the time to adjust the hearing aids properly

There is no time pressure that the devices have to be adjusted within a certain time frame.
Only pay when the customer is satisfied.
