Is always on time. This is the second set of hearing devices I have purchased over the years.

Good experiences with audicien home. Appointments are met correctly. Home visits are carried out just as long until the desired result is achieved.

I have been using my Phonak Audéo V70-10 for a while now and I can only say that it is a fantastic device.



I have had about 5 different brands in the search for the right device and for me the Phonak turned out to be the best choice.



Immediately after setting up with Bram everything worked properly, also the coupling with the Compilot and thus my phone works great. The sound quality of phone calls is sublime compared to other brands I have tested.



It is a compact device that is totally unnoticeable when worn, some people are even surprised when they finally hear that I am wearing a hearing aid.



Functionally, I think this is one of the best hearing aids within the insurance reimbursement requirements in category 4 where I fall.



For the first time in a long time I can hear birds singing with my deaf ear and even the rain drops are falling. Unbelievably great, also the ability to determine which direction sound comes from is now possible again and that makes a huge difference when you are out on the street.


About the service of Oog Voor Oren nothing but praise. Bram who has personally accompanied me in my quest is just a topper! Honest and straightforward and tremendously thinking along.



If I could give 10 stars I would do this with love :)

Meets my expectations well

I am very happy with the devices and the service. Buying hearing aids online seems difficult but the audiologist comes to your home and offers just as much service as a visit. The prices are just considerably lower so really worth it if you don't need too much help.



The hearing aids are nice and fine, can take a beating and give a good sound. Not tinny. Of course hearing aids never become your own ears and remain a limitation.

Incredible service, and the prices compared to Belgium, to be surprised. Friendly reception, complete hearing test, and a large choice of devices.

First time I've had a hearing aid, I'm very pleased with it, should have done it sooner. It's nice that the employee comes to my home, it makes it a bit more relaxed.

These are my 3rd devices and definitely the best of the three. Great sound and you don't really notice you have them on. I wear them a lot more than the previous ones I had. Only outside the house they suffer from the wind. Especially on the bike.
The advantage is that they are easy to switch off with the app. You do not have to fiddle with the devices themselves.
The link to the smartphone works fine, but the sound of that directly on the earphones I find a bit less. What does work well is the support of the TV sound with the TV Streamer 2.
