Made an appointment by phone. It was easy to make an appointment. At the first visit the audiologist (an intern) came exactly on time. The measurement by the intern (with support from the audiologist) was very good.
The appointment for the installation of the devices was also excellent. Also very pleasant to deal with.
The hearing aids work well.

Have now six months hearing devices of this brand. I am extremely satisfied with these devices. I was given an excellent introduction by Bob Outkens, an audiologist at Oog voor Oren. Has everything perfectly adjusted at my home. I can use my mobile to control everything. Very easy. Especially the adjustment when playing music is very pleasant. (Wind instruments)

So far I am very satisfied. I don't know yet how it will go further.
Excellent wearing comfort, because I forget that I am wearing two hearing aids.
True lightweights. Moreover, I don't have to worry about them falling out of my ears.
The bluetooth in relation to my iPhone and the oticon app is optimal.
Is there such a thing in relation to a TV?
Keep using them
You do not notice them, but if they are there too long and you replace them, the sound is clear again.
The dirt is in the filter but not in the device (I have a so called invisible device without hose) and so you prevent the dirt from the internal part of the device I have the devices now one and a half year and there are in both filter boxes still 8 pieces each so it is not very expensive.

A very pleasant cooperation
I first had my Phonac Marvel M90 device at an audicien for a test, but found them way too expensive. Through their website I came across oogvoororen.nl. The service and quality of the ear measurement at oogvoororen is significantly more professional and the price significantly lower. Bob has helped me very well to find the right settings. I now have a beautiful and very natural addition to my hearing whereby I can hear everything again, especially in conversations. A big 10 for BOB Aukes.
Speaks well, but put on the market too hastily. Needs a lot of work.
The device is a huge improvement over my 5 year old one. But unfortunately - as soon as it is a bit noisy, like outside, in the train or in the supermarket - it is very difficult to call. Your conversation partner either asks you to call back, or asks every sentence 'what are you saying'. The reason is that you use 'hands free', the microphones in your hearing aid. But these are behind your ears, and not - as usual with this kind of handsfree solutions - in front of your ears. You can't switch it off and, as with my previous hearing aid, only listen via your hearing aid and use the microphone of your telephone.
The echo attenuation works, but as soon as someone starts talking, the hearing aid disables the echo attenuation, and switches to speech mode, and then seems to actually amplify the echo.

Excellent choice. In 4.5 years I'll go for the next one.
After 8 months I can say that these ear devices are the best in its price.
The ease of use is great.
Also important is that when cycling hardly have wind noise (devices on the ear is always much worse).
Battery life is about 6 days.
