The organization OogvoorOren: inside sales Jeroen took more than an hour to answer my difficult questions very objectively and very well; Youri later quickly and expertly about 3 weeks of problems with the app; consultant Diana also very experienced. No pushing to most expensive models, just giving the best advice, that brings loyalty. So the organization a 9.0.

The Zircon 1 minirites are fine for my current kind of use and with Cat. 5 I give them an 8.0 for price/performance.

The Companion app continuous problem with Samsung A55 (the expensive Widex 440 with Momentum app worked great), but this seems to be more common with every brand once Android changes. Streaming to earphones is now finally stable (stay off now...) but the (free because z.k.verz.) TV adapter streamer is a disaster, disrupts everything, I do not use anymore (at 19.00 earphones off and refurbished Sennheiser RS195 on: streams fantastic sound to headphones). Quite a pity sometimes no desired TV sound on earphones and Oticon and the app industry should do that better: rating 6.0 for the app.

Final rating 8.0.

Oticon, is a godsend for me, already can't live without it.

Very nice experience. I have been wearing a hearing aid for 18 years and have been to several hearing centers. The prices at Oogvoororen are very competitive. My wishes were listened to and I am very satisfied with the advice and help from the audiologist.
