A dear acquaintance of mine has been with Schoonenberg for years. I am contact person of mrs. Now mrs. lives in a nursing home. She is demented and has difficulty walking. Now it is quite a task to go to the store. And she can't pass a hearing test very well either. The trusted audiologist does not come to her home. Wasn't a "maw to fit. Got a tip: "eye for ears", comes to home. Made contact by phone. Was kindly answered. And understood the situation. Very shortly afterwards I had a telephone conversation with the audicien Richard Nieuwkerk. Agreed with him that, based on the information I had from Mrs. Nieuwkerk, he would make a hearing aid. So said Mr. Nieuwkerk soon came to mrs. I was there of course! We met a very friendly and neat man(audicien). He was calm and approached Mrs. in the right way. Ms got the new hearing aid in. It was custom made and expertly adjusted! Ms heard well again. And she also thought he was a nice man. Further filled in everything he had to have still. Then made a check-up appointment. Mr. came again to see if it went well, and if there was anything to be adjusted. I thought not. According to me, Mrs. heard even better than the years before with her hearing aid from the previous audicien-shop. He tested and checked everything. Conclusion: Very satisfied!!!! But also the contact I had, both by phone and email, was good and correct! Really highly recommended....And the price? About the same as with audicien store we had before. Top!!!

Also the website is clear and well set up. So a great experience and glad I came across this in my path.

Before testing I was very skeptical, this is already my 4th set of devices, Jori has listened carefully to my specific needs and adjusted them to give me maximum listening and usage pleasure

I am coming from a Resound from 4 years ago with a price market of 2000 euros and these are better.

Why?
They have **not** the restaurent mode as default .

My old units were very good with giving the voice directions but they were going to mute all other sound over a few meters.

They just had restaurant/noise mode as the default.

When my daughters went to pick up the ketchup, I couldn't hear them anymore.

This is it.

I can raise a lot more now. The directions are not top notch but because I know all the voices, it is not a problem. I can hear my daughters talking in the kitchen while I'm sitting on the couch in the living room.


After 4 years, I find it quite unfortunate that I am now discovering it myself. I had tried the different modes but when you went to take the hearing aid off, you went right into default mode.

We were helped at oogvoororen very well and with great attention. Category 3 hearing aids that are a big improvement over the previous ones. My wife is very happy with this, a great improvement and these devices make her tinnitus a lot more tolerable.

Home visit was very pleasant. Quiet explanation of the hearing aids and all the time for the hearing test.
I liked the hearing aids immediately. Very happy with them.
