First we tried Signia silk IIC, these were very good in terms of sound, but the wearing comfort was not ideal. Then we went for these custom made from oticon. The first pair was ok on the right, but on the left I had a constant beeping sound. Returned both devices to Oticon, but they were lost in the mail. Placed another order and after 14 days I received the pair I am wearing now. These fit very well and give a natural sound. Very content from eye front ears. My audiologist is Mieke, she explains very well and does not impose anything at all. The advantage of oogvoororen is that they have many different brands. In fact, this was the deciding factor for me to put my light on with them. And so far, I have not complained at all!

Especially fine, adequate and smooth communication with a "personal" audiologist. She listened carefully to requirements and answered all questions, both verbally and by email.

Appliances are fine but tuning noisy environment is not good yet.

After several years of using hearing aids, these are easier to use and give a clear sound. The service is also good and they don't take any chances. All in all, a fine device.
