After a customer-unfriendly experience at amplifon, we came to Oogvoororen via the Internet, partly because my 92-year-old mother can hardly move. This was a revelation. Customer friendly, quality and at home (care center). In short Top!

Get used to using it.
Downside; remote sometimes doesn't work.
And no specific case comes with it.

In the beginning some habituation necessary but after a few weeks I can't live without it . The support of oogvoororen great. Top service with clear communication.

I really like the device. I only expected a little more improvement in speech understanding in noise. I work in a noisy environment and I thought that if I turned up the volume and the contrast a bit higher I would be able to understand conversations better, but that makes no difference. I like streaming very much, I listen to podcasts or just the radio. Music, on the other hand, I find less bass even when set to maximum.
Because my hearing loss is precisely in the speech understanding part, it will always be a bit difficult.
But I am very satisfied with this device and with the way Eye for Ears works, which I experienced as very pleasant!

After (5) five years of wearing hearing aids and I (85) am eighty-five years old, I started thinking about new hearing aids and started searching on the Internet after visiting several centers and looking for prices I found that they offer low prices but nowhere could I find prices until I went to oogvooroor and to my surprise I could choose from several brands and THERE were prices listed. After talking to some acquaintances I came to the conclusion that there is a difference in prices of several hundred euros. After two months of testing and several times contacting oogvooroor and always getting a friendly voice on the line that gave me the necessary information, I decided to buy Phonak Audéo Lumity L90-RT. However, for personal reasons I had the earplugs made because I had them with my previous devices and this gives a good feeling and is safer. The devices were well adjusted and the home visit was a great advantage for me since I am not allowed to drive a car anymore. Thanks to ELKE, DORIEN AND ARNE for their help and nice conversations.

Hearing aids are fine!

I have had hearing aids for years but never in because it gave a tinny sound. Was able to keep these in all day from day 1. Super clean sound.
