Great service!
Oogvoororen was recommended to me by family and acquaintances. Very satisfied: both with the hearing aids and the service. Super convenient also that the audiologist comes to my home. Price will surely be ok? Not really checked if this device is more expensive elsewhere. Kudos also to Arne!
Eye Forears is a customer-oriented company where service is paramount
With a complex hearing loss like mine, it has been very searching in the beginning to find the best solution to address my hearing loss. I got to try out several devices (kudos to the patience of the audicien). That good hearing is important is obvious! Only the road to it is not always easy. Hearing aids are expensive. Accepting that you need hearing aids is also a thing. It takes a while to realize that you have been missing something all this time: talking less loudly, hearing the birds again, turning the TV down!
Lastly. In the beginning I had some reservations about Oogvoororen because there is no branch near me and I had to do everything by mail and phone in the beginning. Until now I do not regret this because Oogvoororen has guided me very well in the whole process, with again a compliment to the audicien who guided me at home Top
Expert fitting and hardly needed any getting used to.
Excellent guidance throughout the process of asking for/ fitting the right devices.

Nothing negative to report so far
I have also just recently got the Phonak Audeo L90-R/ hearing aids.
Before these devices, I had 10 years of experience with older Phonak devices with batteries. In that respect, the new ones are obviously quite an improvement. Also the connection with my Galaxytelephone took some getting used to, but is very convenient.
Arne guided me through the process very well.

A firm with perfect care for hearing problems
For the first time, I felt the need to start wearing a custom hearing aid. Through the Internet I came across the website of Eye for Ears and I immediately noticed on the phone that this company was not pushy and asked me to consult an ear specialist first for which I immediately set up a consultation.
Daphne de Clerck was assigned to me as audiologist. She did an extensive series of additional tests to get the most accurate picture of my hearing problems. This included setting up an Oticon device that was going to amplify the failing high tones. From the first hearing tests with the device, I immediately felt I needed a device before that. Daphne guided me further at home to adjust the hearing aids even more accurately and reduce disturbing ambient noise. The audiologist also introduced me to a wireless TV connection that I already can't live without.
Eye for Ears guided me perfectly through the procedure, in a correct way. Therefore, I recommend this company to anyone who does not like disappointments.

Reasonable value for money. I have not found a better one.
Disadvantage: too much driven by a web-store approach.

A big disadvantage of hearing aids in the ear are the plastic pull cords to take it out of the ear, if they break you wait 5 to 6 weeks until you get your own back, at least that has happened to me twice.
