Very fine devices for better listening, other functions very, very mediocre
Very satisfied with how I was helped by Mrs. Lute.
Very satisfied with the main function of the devices.
Very dissatisfied with the other functions: If the sound from my phone comes through at all. it is usually over one ear. The sound can also change very quickly from left to right or, usually only very briefly, two ears.
I almost dare not use the app: Quiet in noise and the TV adapter can usually be turned on but very badly turned off. usually then the app does not make contact with the devices or only with one device. Very irritating

Overall, I am satisfied with the device!
My experience in using it is good.
But setting and adjusting in special circumstances I do not master.
Since I suffer from Tinnitus, it is unfortunate that I cannot affect Tinnitus at night.
Supplement to my Signa Silk IX7 review
I have had the Silk IX7 for about 7 weeks now and I am fully convinced that I made the right choice. I would also like to add the service from Hearly. I had the best listening experience with a slight change to the volume and treble/low settings. I wrote an email to Hearly with my request and they called me back within 5 minutes. My ideas were asked again during the conversation and the update was made during the phone call. The best. I am delighted.

Fine experience with good result
There is not much choice with my 80+ mother's very severe hearing loss, but fortunately for her, these devices are a tremendous improvement! She enjoys listening to music again, and small-group conversations can be had at a normal noise level.
The audiologist was professional, patient, kind and caring. Exactly what you wish for your mother! Hopefully the aftercare will be of the same level in the future.

Overall an improvement especially when listening to music and in company
My hearing loss was on the borderline; I like the devices, understanding in company much better. I expected ambient noise to be more disturbing, but it is not that bad. I still have trouble with maintenance and what to do if the device does not work.

Good devices that do their job properly and very well.
I like these hearing aids and overall they are highly recommended; however, I am not very happy with the earpieces. They do their job, but are coarse and large. The earpieces from both Oticon and Resound are a lot more comfortable. I would have chosen OTicon if the app from that brand had worked (didn't work at all, despite your help, both in person and over the phone).

An improvement in your functioning during human-natural interactions.
After an initial aversion to wearing a hearing aid, now so used to it that hearing well again has become as a matter of course. I can't compare this quality of hearing aids to the usual health insurance reimbursed devices, but these devices have many more features than just "amplifying sound." Hearing feels much more like natural.
