I have been using the Lumity L70 R hearing aid every day for half a year now. At work, in the restaurant, at concerts. The Lumity L70 adapts very well to the environment and the sound is very faithful. I am very satisfied with the devices. I was still a bit skeptical about an online purchase with subsequent online service. However, the big savings over buying on-site is substantial. My savings were over 50 percent. The service, after the initial setup in person at a Hearly location, are done online. It's no different with regional providers. That's why I decided to buy online from Hearly. After 6 months I can now say that the service is top. Appointments are kept exactly, the billing with the health insurance was problem-free. Always a friendly contact, no waiting in hotlines.
I can recommend Hearly with a clear conscience.

When I order batteries etc I don't get them within the deadline of ordered before 3pm next day, it took me over 1 week before they arrived. So then I was on vacation, From DHL did not get any track and trace so I could not inform my key holder about it either. Now I am without. Due to circumstances we returned earlier from vacation and request to send the order,

As a self-practicing serious music listener with age-related asymmetrical high-frequency weakness, I have been searching in vain for a hearing aid with satisfactory music reproduction for a long time, even with the high-price brands. The many automatics always make the sound worse, especially with the piano. The Widex Moment Sheer comes from a different star: new joy in rich, clear sound. Helpful fine adjustments are made possible by the Widex app. The charger is practical, but could still use a power bank. Price and customer-friendly commitment at Hearly cannot be beaten. Special praise to the attentive and patient Mr. Schnappinger! May this startup have a solid future!
