Very competent advice and service.
With very good price-performance ratio.

The option was; hearing aids which fall within the reimbursement by the insurer or these (at the time of purchase) top devices via Oogvoororen.
They are highly recommended and a world of difference from the standard devices. The hearing is very natural and can be followed in almost all circumstances. Noise, during meetings, parties, ....allemaal a world of difference.
Also the service and information from the salesman were clear and excellent in quality.

The only downside to the hearing aids is that I have already had to replace a filter 4 times in 2 months while circumstances have not changed compared to the old devices.

The price might also be an issue (they were the most expensive at the time), but of course it remains personal.

If it is a tip for people in salaried employment, you can use the working expenses scheme, which gives you a tax advantage (gross is paid net).
If you cannot do that or want to combine then of course it is a deduction in the tax return.

After several fantastic consultations with Hearly's more than knowledgeable staff, we chose the Phonak Audéo Paradise P50-R.

My grandfather suffers from sensorineural hearing loss, which has tremendously limited his speech understanding. Extremely difficult communication, withdrawal from social life and low self-confidence, have been his daily companions for years.

The first fitting appointment in Laudenbach with Ms. Krämer, could not have gone better. The hearing acoustician took a lot of time to adapt the devices to my grandfather's personal needs and meticulously tested the hearing ability with hearing aids inserted with changing background noise from different directions. In contrast to the consultation at a local hearing care professional, we felt that we received excellent advice from Ms. Krämer and that we were taken seriously.

The P50-R hearing aids offer perfect support in everyday life, especially for people who do not need (or can partially use) extensive additional functions. Especially within conversations in larger groups, it is noticeable how well the microphones align themselves to the conversation partner, so that it becomes much easier to devote oneself to this without distraction. The easy adjustability on the device or within the app makes it possible to set the optimal volume in every situation, which is especially important in the first time after purchase to avoid overstimulating the inner ear.

Due to the still short wearing time, not much more can be reported yet. The fact is that a significant improvement in hearing was already achieved after two weeks and social life could be resumed.

Coupled with Hearly's first-class service, the purchase was a complete success in every respect! We will certainly recommend Hearly many more times!
