The hearing aids are nice and small but I find it a pity that I have to take them off when talking on the phone.

I belong to the category of severe hearing loss and during the selection of my new hearing devices I went through a process at the audiological center. During this process I tested various devices and all in all this process from my first visit to Ogvoororen to the final choice took more than six months. During this whole process I was well guided by Richard Hellings and I never felt any time pressure.


The various devices I have tested all have their pros and cons. For my work, I have to consult a lot also often in larger groups. The main reason for choosing the Phonak Paradise is the good filtering and thus for me the best speech intelligibility in noise compared to the other devices I tested and the ability to connect without streamer with the solo equipment I use.

This new device is great.

The charging system is perfect.
The device to adjust the sound of the TV via my hearing aid itself is a success for me.
Now I can set the volume for myself without bothering anyone.

I have been using the paradise P90-R rechargeable for a couple of weeks now and I like it. I still have minor issues with the adjustment of the TV connector.

The use of the P90-R via the phone works excellent.

The care is very good. ( measurement and adjustment )

It is nice that the testing, determining the choice and the fitting takes place at home. In all tranquillity and with a lot of patience. The period of time to try out the new hearing aids is also more than sufficient. Even testing a completely different brand is possible before a final choice is made.

Very well helped by Oogvoororen. Better Hearing too steering and too few alternative devices in my case. Good thinking on the part of Oogvoororen. Flexible with trial period. Quick responses to emails/contact requests. Good settlement with insurance company.
I am more than satisfied!!!

Unexpectedly good result for someone with only 15% hearing..together with the roger amplifier ideal.
Can even hear what is being said when 2 people are sitting at the table
