Bad experience with another supplier made me wary.

With these hearing devices my mother can finally follow conversations again. With her previous (non-reimbursed) hearing aids it was misery for years ... After so many years of hearing almost nothing, she had to get used to it. But now she is super happy. Needless to say that we are too! Finally we can talk to each other again! Can just consult ....



Also the fiddling with batteries is over, although the placement of the devices in the charger sometimes some error prone. We were not reimbursed for the charger, but what an improvement, no more fiddling with small batteries.


With an app, the customer can easily adjust the sound strength or indicate the type of environment. For my mother this is too much to ask. She also has a very basic mobile phone, without apps. That is why she has the hearing aids set to universal. But with a not-so-modern phone, this is really a piece of cake. And probably an added benefit, especially in the restaurant with lots of ambient noise.


With my mother it is a bit difficult to get the earpiece in well. But that is perhaps because her ear canal is at a slight angle.


In short we are very happy with it! Also nothing but praise for Mariska of oogvoororen! Her expertise, attention, patience and warmth, made the whole fitting perfect!

I was in possession of hearing aids Resound Linx Quattro, expensive devices

without compensation. At the annual control I said I was not very satisfied, it was suggested to try a device with insurance reimbursement. I decided to try the new Oticon Ruby 2 and the result is better than with the Resound instruments. I am very satisfied with my Oticon instruments and expensive does not always have to be better.

I hear clearly better in small company in a quiet environment. With several people in a busy environment, the result is disappointing.

I find it difficult to follow radio and TV.

Exactly, it always works better at the beginning of the day than towards the end.

Charging is exceptionally easy.
